Arkansas' best resorts are the best in Arkansas and we had a lot to do and see during our stay. We had many good quality small towns, many of which we visited during our stay there, such as Little Rock, Arkansas, the capital of Arkansas.
The Arkansas Inland Maritime Museum, where you can see the USS Razorback, and the Inland Tour is a great place for friends of military history. Little Rock is located in the heart of the state and is also close to the Arkansas State Capitol and other historic sites. Other historic sites include Mount St. Mary's, the US Capitol, the John Macarthur State Historic Site and the Clinton Presidential Center to learn about Arkansas' history.
If you are someone who is interested in history, or if you are someone who is, you will probably find that there are more interesting places to visit.

Although Little Rock is one of the lesser-known vacation destinations in Arkansas, prices are lower there than in other nearby cities. Not only is it the capital of Arkansas, but it's less than half the price, and it's home to the Arkansas State Capitol and the state's largest hospital.
A visit to Heber Springs is a day trip, although you may want to stay longer, but it is worth it to enjoy the scenic views and good food.

While the street tour, which leads from the visitor center to LittleRock Central High School and tells the story of the Little Rock Nine, does not allow access to buildings, the tour provides access to some buildings. The entire tour lasts 45 minutes and includes a walk through the historic building and a visit to a museum and exhibition. This is a great way to get a feel for the history behind the building and its history as an important part of the history of our city.
Travelers, especially those interested in all things historical, will find this one of the best options in Little Rock. Visit the Arkansas State Capitol and learn about the history of our state and its history as a major player in the history of the state. Visitors of all ages will enjoy the historic building as well as the museum and exhibition inside the building. Take a trip to the Temple Museum of Natural History, an Arkansas history museum, and visit the Arkansas Capitol.
Located in Clinton Presidential Center Park, the Clinton Presidential Library and Museum is arguably one of the most popular attractions in Little Rock and the largest museum in the state of Arkansas. The Clinton Center also has a museum, library, children's museum, cafe and restaurant. Central High School in Little Rock is just a few blocks from the Clinton Park Museum and Park.
Little Rock Central High School is the only secondary school in Arkansas designated as a National Historic Site. The historic school and museum discuss the desegregation of schools, and learn how Little Rock was connected to the civil rights movement of the late 1960s and early 1970s. American history, the importance of education and training for all students, regardless of race, is of paramount importance.
The MacArthur Museum of Arkansas Military History, which preserves the history of the men and women of Arkansas who served in the Armed Forces, is located in a historic building on the corner of Main Street and Main Avenue in Little Rock. This historic building and museum offers a look back to the Arkansas border days with restored antebellum buildings, including the only surviving structure of the US Army Corps of Engineers in Arkansas, as well as a collection of artifacts.
The original historic rock was later blasted and used as the foundation for a railway bridge, but its location can be visited in downtown Riverfront Park. The Old Mill is actually located in North Little Rock and will be your first stop on your Old Rock Historic District tour.
If your trip to Little Rock is intended, The best way to get there is to fly, even if the schedule is not optimal or reliable. Amtrak operates the Texas Eagle from Los Angeles to Chicago, but the timetables are not ideal for areas with attractions, restaurants or not. There are some ideal areas for attractions and restaurants, but not all are within a short drive of the city center or even downtown.
