We came to this place because we thought the brakes needed to be replaced because the car made a slight squeak when braking. We did a free brake check and they said the brake was fine, but some brake dust was gathering and could cause the squeak.

We were able to get in quickly, change the oil, check the fluids, tires and make an appointment for an oil change and had it in an hour and a half. In minute 15 we forgot a part, but they came in quickly and did the job And we had it out within an hour and a half!
We have been customers for several years now and were able to go to the waiting room to get repair prices for various services. So it was a relief for us in advance, and no trouble to get an hour for air conditioning repair. We found their prices and services to be the best in the area, we received our service within minutes of getting on and off in less than 2 hours.
We hardly noticed that we had a problem that started to charge and overheat our radiator, but we have now fully acclimatized and the problem has been resolved to our satisfaction. Our only regret after moving from Chicago is that we can no longer have maintenance and repair at Hillcrest German Auto. We were able to pick up our car to make it wait and This time it exceeded our expectations by a ton.
Blake and his crew always do a great job when it comes to dealing with problems with our car and we are grateful for the trust the company has in us. We were put in their care so the car was not muzzled and we were able to be with the good old guys who are honest and know what they are doing. We go - we are always busy with the car, so we are grateful to a company we trust.
We were driving from Houston, Texas, to Springfield, Illinois, and were about halfway through and planned to stay in Little Rock because we wanted to go to the train station when there is more going on in Little Rock. They gave us a pick-up date for our car and told us that it was not ready when we wanted to pick it up. No matter how small and easy the repair is, the problem is ours and we will never return here. We have already gone to this station once, even though it cost us thousands, and it didn't matter because the car wasn't ready for it.
As a recommendation from another garage we had a look at the muffler shop on our system, so it was time for a regular maintenance. The young mechanic (think Dustin) did a great inspection and found that we needed 2 swing bars.
We live next door to Pleasant Valley Automotive, so it made sense to drive to our appointment in the morning and take the car there if we had a problem. It took less than an hour for the muffler to be welded in to stop the rattling. We went there for an appointment in the morning and they were rude, but we spoke to a clerk on the phone to fix the air conditioning. They were beating everywhere (50-75%) and it was rude and we couldn't get off the phone fast enough.
