Dr. Taylor warmly greeted my husband and I upon walking into his office suite. I receieved hypnotherapy for smoking cessation and I continue to have NO desire to smoke. I'm a 100% non smoker and if I can do it, ANYONE can stop smoking. As an Registered Nurse and Graduate Nursing Instructor, I'm most impressed with Dr. Taylor's effective methods and practice. He understands hypnosis but he also has an excellent perception about human behavior and how addictions are fought and overcome.
I also was concerned for my husband (married 27 years). He has struggled for years with weight and diabetes issues. With Dr. Taylor's hypnosis, my husband has lost significant weight in a most natural manor. I still can't beleive how his eating habits continually to positively changed not to mention his love for excercise.
I'm most appreciative for Dr. Taylor and I have highly reccomended him to family and friends.

Pros: Excellent Service. Experience and Skill. Care and Concern.
Cons: Expensive but by far the most qualified and effective
2 years - Not 25 years - as hypnotist

He has 2 years, not 25 years as a hypnotist. This is misleading. His hypnosis worked for about a month. Wasted my time and my money. He is more interested in doing comedy hypnosis you know the kind that makes people bark like dogs than helping people with thier problems as one person..
Pros: Calm personality
Cons: Experience is not what he says. It does not last.
I highly reccomend Dr. Jon M. Taylor for hypnotherapy

Dear Friends
I struggled with clinical anxiety and depression most of my life. My first panic attack was at age 6. The only way I knew to cope with the panic was to cause myself physical pain. I dealt with issues from my past so that my head understood that there was no longer a rational reason for the fear, the despair, and the panic. I wish someone had introduced me to Jon at this point!
I spent years learning coping techniques, near constant exercises of willpower to keep myself from falling into the pit of panic and despair. I was stuck.
When I first saw Dr. Jon?s brochure, I was skeptical. I thought hypnosis was effective for superficial problems, but I didn?t believe that such a long-term problem could go away. It seemed too easy after many years of struggle. I doubted that I could let go of control enough to even be hypnotized! Still, I thought that any measure of relief he could give me would be helpful, so I booked an appointment.
Dr. Jon was very unintimidating and kind. We talked about what I wanted to accomplish, and he helped me focus it into exactly the message I wanted to give myself. After the very first session, I felt relaxed and refreshed. The first thing I noticed was that it was easier to fall asleep, and I woke the next morning calm and well rested. After a week, the constant sick feelings of anxiety and sadness had disappeared. There was no more guilt or shame about them and no more fighting against them because they were simply gone.
After 21 days, I had grown used to a good night?s sleep. I began to let go of the willpower-based coping techniques I?d held onto with a death grip. I simply didn?t need them! I?m now excited to greet my day and my overall mood is optimistic, happy, and content. After 20-something years of carrying around those chains, I?m finally free!
I highly reccomend Dr. Jon Taylor
Sincerely,
Suzanne, North Little Rock
